Location : In the heart of the Médoc, 60 km to the north of Bordeaux, in the town of Lesparre.
 Surface Area: 30 hectares
 Soils: Clay-limestone, gravel, sand-gravel.

 Vine Varieties: cabernet sauvignon 50% merlot 48% cabernet franc 2%
 Orientation: Due south
 Vine-growing methods: Using machinery and by hand. No use of weed-killers. Cane pruning. Soil ploughed. Reasonable control methods are beginning to be applied. Green harvesting in years when necessary. We thin out the leaves.
 Harvesting: By hand, with a sorting table.
 Vinification ( traditional ): Once the grapes have been sorted, de-stemmed and crushed, the vine varieties are vinified separately in thermoregulation woden vats. Vatting :

 Maturing: 100% of the harvest is matured in oak barrels for 12 months
 Fining: Egg whites
 Bottling: All the wine is bottled on the estate
 Production: 100,000 bottles of Château PREUILLAC and 40,000 bottles of the second wine Château LE PREUIL
