Vinification ( traditional ):
Once the grapes have been sorted, de-stemmed and crushed, the vine varieties are vinified separately in thermoregulation woden vats. Vatting : about 3 weeks

| Maturing: 100% of the harvest is matured in oak barrels for 12 months

| Fining: Egg whites

| Bottling: All the wine is bottled on the estate

| Production: 100,000 bottles of Château PREUILLAC and 40,000 bottles of the second wine Château LE PREUIL
