1869:
Château Preuillac came into being thanks to Edmond Adde.
1932: Creation of the classification of Crus Bourgeois by the wine brokers of Bordeaux, at the request of the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Agriculture. Château Preuillac is included in the list from the beginning.
1969: Raymond Bouët bought the estate which had been left in a state of neglect.
1975: The vineyard of 30 hectares was totally replanted and the winery was made operational
1980: Construction du château.
1998: September 1998, on the eve of harvesting, the company Yvon Mau bought Château Preuillac in partnership with the Dutch liquor company Dirkzwager.
